Sheet feeding

Sheet conveying
1. The feed chain adopts double-row roller chain with teeth, the cooling water channel is stored in the chain track, the cooling efficiency is high, the water is saved, and the life is long.
2. Feed using servo motor drive sprocket drive, feed precision is high, start and stop response is fast.
3. Chain rail semi-automatic opening; Easy to adjust the chain rail tensioning.
Heating part
1. Heater (electric furnace) length 2250mm, using German heater, upper heating 36 zones, lower heating 12 zones, a total of 48 zones (attached picture) automatic temperature control adjustment, the entire temperature control using temperature control module, solid state relay contactless output, stable, high precision, temperature control error ≤±1ºC.
2. The heater adopts embedded ceramic far-infrared radiation component, which has high thermal effect and is safe and reliable.
3. Infrared detection sheet vertical alarm, to avoid the electric furnace temperature is too high, sheet heating melt into the electric furnace.
Forming & Cutting part
1. The power mechanism of the unit adopts two pairs of conjugate cams to drive the connecting rod to complete the tilting, lifting and cutting of the Mould table; The direct transmission of the main motor makes the rise and fall of the mould more stable, and the mould shear noise is small. The guide mechanism of the mould table adopts 4 guide column structure, good rigidity, accurate positive guiding performance and wear resistance, which is helpful to prolong the service life of the mould shear.
2. The automatic turnover structure of the mould table is more conducive to the automatic stacking of products and the loading and unloading of the mould.
3. Cams material is made of high-quality bearing steel Cr12MoV, with high hardness, wear-resistant and pressure-resistant working surface.
4. Low center of gravity design, low cup height, stable operation, in line with human standing operation and observation of the best height.
5. The gas path control of the whole equipment (the cylinder is a domestic famous brand) uses SMC or equivalent brand components, reliable action, long life.
6. The whole system adopts B&R central controller (Chinese and English program), the use of man-machine interface control, its high degree of integration, accurate control, easy to use and operate.
7. The main motor adopts phase sequence protection measures to prevent the motor from reversing and damaging the equipment due to wiring errors, and each motor is installed with overcurrent protection devices.
Mould part
1. Upper mould table design lifting function, driven by motor sprocket drive, easy to adjust lifting. Can directly adjust the tool depth of the mold, adapt to different closed height of the mold, the maximum adjustment range of plus or minus 5mm.
2. The mould water and gas path is directly supplied by the mould table, so that the mould installation is fast; The whole mould appearance layout is more reasonable.
3. Drawing adopts servo motor to drive high-precision ball screw drive; The length of the stretch can be set directly; Accurate positioning of tensile length.
Automatic grafting cups part
1. In conjunction with the main engine, motion control is adopted to achieve fast and accurate positioning.
2. Grafting cups is driven by servo motor and independently developed V-shaped turning device, which can realize fast suction cup, turning and stacking, suitable for various calibers and cup height products.
3. Sweeping cups and pushing cup are controlled by servo motor, which can quickly sweep the products to the conveyor belt according to the number of rows of molded products when the number of counts is reached.
4. The conveyor belt of the cup is driven by servo motor, and the products are picked up according to the row number of molded products, and the products are output to the machine.
Waste rewinding part
The end part is equipped with the scrap winding mechanism, the maximum winding diameter is 1.0 meter, and the winding is easy to change.
